The terms that govern your use of the US APP Team website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of usappteam.com (the "Site"), operated by Ai Automate Ltd Co., doing business as US APP Team ("US APP Team," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Please note: These Terms cover your use of this website. Any app-development project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement — including the fixed quote, scope, timeline, payment schedule, and ownership terms — that you review and sign before work begins. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer or a contract for services.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or introduce malware or other harmful code;
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content except as permitted below.

2. Quotes & the free intro call

Prices shown on the Site (for example, "from $3,500," "from $7,500," and "up to $12,000") are starting points and estimates, not final offers. Every project starts with a free 30-minute intro call. Your fixed, written quote is provided within 24 hours after that call and is valid for 14 days. A project becomes binding only when you accept a written quote and sign the corresponding agreement. Timelines described on the Site are estimates; app-store review periods are controlled by Apple and Google and are outside our control.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "US APP Team" name and wordmark, layouts, and design — are owned by or licensed to Ai Automate Ltd Co. and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

Product names, logos, and brands referenced on the Site (including the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our own app No Missed Call) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. Your submissions

When you submit information through our intake brief, booking, or contact forms, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to you, prepare a quote, and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential information you do not wish to share through a website form.

5. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as our booking calendar, payment processor, and CRM). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. We make no guarantee regarding acceptance of any app by the Apple App Store or Google Play, which is determined solely by those platforms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai Automate Ltd Co. and US APP Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai Automate Ltd Co., US APP Team, and their owners and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ai Automate Ltd Co. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts located there, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

10. Text messaging (SMS) program

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from US APP Team (a brand of Ai Automate Ltd Co.) about your app brief, appointment booking, quote, and account — and, only if you separately opt in, occasional marketing messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. For support, email [email protected].
  • We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
